Deposit Requirements
Deposit and payment requirements:
The rate is based on double occupancy. The deposit for a confirmed cabin is $500 PER CABIN and is due immediately upon booking to secure a cabin. If you are not able to pay the $500 by June 7, 2024 you have an option to hold a space for $50 but will not have a confirmation number until the entire deposit has been received.

1. Booking Confirmation
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.3. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
2. Final Payment
2.1. The final payment for your cruise is due by January 8, 2025.
2.2. If the final payment is not received by this date, your booking will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our customer service email or postal address.
3.2. The following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before the cruise departure date:
- More than 120 days: Full refund minus $50 administration fee.
- 119 to 90 days: 50% of the total cruise fare.
- 89 to 60 days: 75% of the total cruise fare.
- Less than 60 days: 100% of the total cruise fare.
4. Changes to Booking
4.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing.
4.2. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.3. Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to a name change fee of $100 per change.
5. Travel Documentation
5.1. All passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
5.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to insufficient travel documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or interruption of your cruise.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Passengers must comply with all health and safety protocols as specified by the cruise operator.
7.2. Any passengers with special medical conditions or requirements must notify us at the time of booking.
8. Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or death, nor for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the cruise.
8.2. We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Itinerary Changes
9.1. The cruise operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without prior notice due to weather conditions, port authority decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. No refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes.
10. Conduct
10.1. All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to fellow passengers and crew.
10.2. The cruise operator reserves the right to disembark any passengers who engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your cruise booking and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
